I expected that it would be a story in a Pasroe village until I read this book.
However, this is not a story of a Pasroe village.
This is a story of the far future or the far past.
Reading the whole, I think that this is a story of the far future.
When I think so and read it again, this is a very sad story.
There is not Lawrence any longer.
Horo is worshipped as God of a good harvest in new land.
At the same time, Horo can remember in memory of Lawrence, smiling.
Reading it, I feel relieved.
"I do not think wanting to go on a journey any longer.
But I will expect it if I can do it once again."
