i watched this anime when i was a kid back in hong kong... around 1992?? its a drama about a submarine.... it comes up from the water and back down a lot..... and i remember that the ending was really really good, but i forgot wat it was! i cant remember much cuz i was only 6 at the time. please help me name this anime!!
