Yes, when I said "craptastic visuals", I was referring to the image quality rather than the animation quality. It's quite obvious they made the picture grainy and faded out the colors on purpose
when you compare it to the "real anime" at the end. The problem would be with those people who weren't patient enough to watch until the end.
