1. Where can I find VirtualDub?
   www.virtualdub.org (also if you need for Ubuntu, read Green's guide)
   
   
2. How do I use VirtualDub?
   It's recommended you read the tutorials since they usually cover it.
   You can read the explanation by animeffs13240. Or the one by Uzumaki626.
   
   
3. How do I fix a (VirtualDub) error opening a normal avi file?
   Try installing XviD (or see next question...)
   
   
4. I can't open a avi, mkv, mp4 file.
   Try using Avisynth to open it.
   
   
5. I get a error (in VirtualDub) saying something about h264 or x264 etc.
   Try using Avisynth to open it.
   
   
6. I'm using Photoshop CS3, I don't have ImageReady anymore.
   All ImageReady function are present in Photoshop, see CS3 Q&A by felix or CS3 Q&A by Neaco.
   
   
7. Are there free image editing programs I can use?
   Yes, try: Paint.NET, Gimp (or alternatively GimpShop), PaintTool SAI
   (some are only partially compatible or don't have all equivalent functions)

      1. Delete Duplicate Frame. [ Some Info in Tutorial 1 ]
      2. Eliminate Noise and Uniform Pixels. [ Tutorial 2 ]
      3. Add a Border. (Ex. From the outside in 1px LightGrey, 1px Black, 1px White) [ Tutorial ]

      5. Reduce Color. [ Tutorial 1 ]
      6. Add Loosy. [ Tutorial 1 ]
      7. Adjust the Image in Photoshop. [ Tutorial ]
      8. Size (as in animation lenght) cut down. (Rethink the begining, end or both)
      9. Cut scenes off. (if posible)
      10. Resize it to something smaller then 100 x 100.
