It comes for about a month before the game, it should be out by next week or something, if memory doesn't fail me.
BTW, here is a
PV of the OVA, it looks like they sneaked a bunch of things on it, and I'm not sure of just like 6.5 , the content of 7.5 is going to be the same as the OVA (though that would make the most sense).
