Even though I know the language but when there is subtitles I tend to have a habit to concentrate on it, it is becoming quite a problem for me. Should I seek professional help?

1. It's an easy way out for people who do not have the time to learn a new language. It's perfectly normal : I watch anime for the fun of it and to see catgirls, not exactly to learn a new language.
