Those are remained to be seen. But why can't he do it right now, even though he could already bring life to things long ago? It's more like he can only bring life to previously none-living things, but still can't resurrect the dead. Maybe someday he will be able to do it, but doesn't look like it will be anytime soon. I won't be surprised if he will only manage to do it at the end of the manga, and Kiriha will wake up decade from now on, to become his son's partner.
