Ok I just want to clear this up so that I've got it right. Correct me if I'm wrong anywhere.

Spoiler for Here's what happened:

Keiichi takes Satoshi's bat, lures Teppei to the woods, kills him and buries his body.

Meanwhile Mion, Rena and Rika somehow learns of this and creates an alibi for Keiichi to Ooishi. (Why they ask Keiichi if he had fun at the festival, I have no idea...) They then dig up the body and hide it somewhere.

However Satoko goes into her mental breakdown believing that any man is Teppei. This then confuses Keiichi into believing Teppei is still alive since the body is gone but the bat is not in the locker which is the only evidence proving that he did commit murder

OK, I believe that's what happened. Took me a long time to figure out what it meant though
