To be honest with you, I haven't seen RGU nor anything he's made so I have no idea what to expect of him the same way people who didn't know who Urobuchi Gen was, didn't know what to expect of Madoka Magica. I just thought of watching the first episode because it had the word "Penguin" in the title and was immediately sold on a brilliant first episode.
