What is it with the K-On seiyus and voice acting for weird shows? The only seiyu out of the main 5 who hasn't joined the gang is Satomi.

Ayana Taketatsu was in Kiss x Sis before she was in K-On. The first OVA for Kiss x Sis came out December 2008, whereas K-On didn't air until April 2009.
