Watch Asobi ni Iku yo!. It's a magical girlfriend-centered romantic comedy anime about a boy who met a catgirl at festival, however he falls asleep and awakens with the catgirl of yesterday. It sounds funny, it has some action scenes (not primarily centered) but it's not popular however it has decent plot and decent animation and it contains 12 episodes + 1 OVA.
