For the breast talk, you might never be able to get a consensus. Taste are not base on rationality, but more on experience, example the surounding etc... all the informations ( some of them might have very little link with breasts) is used by the brain at a subcounsious level, and ''create'' preference toward some stuff insted of some other.
Myself, I look at the face first amd after at the clothes, if I notice the breasts first, it usualy a bad start, they are either too exposed ( too vulgar for my taste) or too protuberant ( look too much fake).
