I heard no bell ringing at all, certainly not her signature bell+meow sound. There was only the sound of Fushimi's sword moving and his emblem disappearing. Of course it could still ne Pussy using her powers but if she did why did they not just go invisible like they normally did? In fact Blacky being a Strain actually explains why he still has powers despite his master's death because setting wise only Kings, clansmen and Strains have supernatural powers.
