For starters, I would like to know what the Japanese word 'Youko' is in Japanese characters. It is Youko as in 'Youko Kurama' from Yu Yu Hakusho. I find
Denshi Jisho pretty useful. The first entry that pops up for "youko" is, in fact, 妖狐, the very term you are looking for.
The greater challenge, I find, is to translate kanji into English, rather than the other way round.
