Well, assuming you mean that skirt-like structure that only covers the behind, I've never seen anyone actually wearing one IRL, so I presume it is only popular on the internets. And the internets have so far only come up with "buttcape" for it AFAIK. Still, while you don't see standalone "capes" like this, basically, a buttcape is a
coattail minus the rest of the coat. [obvious]The "coattail" is the part of the coat that hangs below the waist, covering the ass.[/obvious]
