Actually Nikaido Sensei is known have been a senpai to Jun while at this school. Therefor Nikado cannot be more than 2 years older than Jun. If Jun is doing her student teaching then she must be a senior or junior in college. That would make Nikaido Sensei approximately 5 to 6 years older than Keima.
