It wasn't Yuri that hacked it, but she did order that Teruyama/glasses guy to do it. So while copying, he may have screwed up some of the files (I mean, it sometimes happens to me when I burn dvds)
And, maybe you're trying to make Yuri appear like a saint.
. No, we haven't saw what they did completely, we only saw them browse through Guard skills, and copy bar. And knowing Yuri's personality, why WOULDN'T she modify/sabotage it?
