One of the problems with scanning the manga volumes is the sheer number of pages involved in it, that's a lot of pages for one person to do. If we were to attempt it there would have to be a scan group created elsewhere, and staff would be needed for it.
I just got my mag with Chapter 5 of the Rebellion manga and I was a bit disappointed, there is still no Vibration Mirrim yet, but we do have a couple of shots of Elina in the outfit. The chapter ends (somewhat) with Ymir about to perform the procedure. I will scan some images from the last chapters later this week.
