It's quite straightforward.

Basically, from the above posts I got the following:

The show is licensed by ADV who will probably be airing it on the Anime Network soon.
So it won't be listed on AnimeSuki
and thus, you arn't allowed to ask where to download it...
If you want to watch it you'll need to get the Anime Network or wait for a DVD release.
The show is probably going to be similar to "Samurai Deeper Kyo" which is available; so you could watch that in the mean time.
You've already seen "Samurai Deeper Kyo" and liked it... so you might want to start saving up for any DVDs that get released for this new show.
