Well, keep in mind that things have changed over the last 6 months. Technically there are actually two different projects now. The main project is T.P. Sakura, as you mention - a two-part OVA series being sold with the two-part game of the same name. But there is also another project called "D.C. I & II P.S.P. Re-Animated" which is being included with the Platinum Edition of the PSP game. This is more of a bonus feature that will feature new animation of the confession scenes for Nemu, Kotori, Yume, and Otome. I'm not sure what the history of this project is as it transitioned from D.C Ext to the three OVAs we have now, but regardless -- that's what's upcoming.
