州 is the older version of 洲, but it's still valid.
愛洲 should be pronounced as Aisu.
The funny thing is, within my knowledge, 愛洲 is normally a family name while 蛍 is normally a given name. If 愛洲 is used as a given name (which is quite unheard of, but these days, any kind of given name is possible with kanji names
), then 愛 can use a bunch of possible nanoris.
春海 has a bunch of possibilities as well......
こずえ is the most straightforward, plain and simple (and likely - 99% chance - a given name).
