I agree on that assessment, but what is impressive about this particular person is that his resume reads better than the director for this show. Look at all the uberly impressive show he has provided his services to. An episode director fulfills a lot of other duties as well other than the obvious role.
Of course, I also could have worded that particular sentence a bit better in my earlier post.
