Susanoo has been referred to the 'third power' per the last page of chapter 464, and the wikia clarifies it as the 'third ability granted by the MS after awakening the ability in both eyes'.
So maybe Sasuke's going to get his perfect form? Whatever the scroll has, it should be some kind of big powerup for Sasuke.
