My vote goes to Hitsugaya since he is the coolest Captain and youngest...he is a true genius standing amoung the other death gods...
He became a death god after hinamori and (judging by the flashbacks) was Hitsugaya looked 10 yrs when he was already a captain..while he looks now 14 or so..
