Realy the only real major thing they changed was Judit had no problems getting to Earth by herself and had been scouting for men as a shady fortune teller useing a crystal ball (the bracelette seems to have taken it's place). We get to see more of Noayo and Asuha's home life.
Nudity in the manga tends to stay around the comidic nudity level (only butts or they shift to SD form, or an object/word ballon is in the way, or the rare Inukami nude block.)
