only in Type B is the Butei Students loaded with the standard kevlar vest, ballistic helm, and their weapons.
Departments I know are: (Nera, Hikari, HALP!)
Assault - students here are trained equal to that of a spec. ops unit.
Snipe - this class trains students in the art of sniping.
Lezzad - forgot what they do
Dagula -you wont tell shit? students here will make you talk with their 'methods' of interrogation
Inquesta - this is where students learn to hone their detective skills
Rapier - pretty much the Crime Labs of the school where students learn to analyze fragments and evidence
Amdo - the caretakers of all the gear in the school. hey, dont underestimate them that much, because they can put an HE round in the humble 9mm or convert your sidearm into a full auto mod
Logistics/Logi - students here learn to man any vehicle, whether it be from a simple motorcycle to a high class nuclear submarine
Connect - most students here know how to mess with any forms of communication. they can also prioritize high level Butei comm relays
Informa - now you know info at times tend to be messy. students here collate and evaluate the data and info gathered
Medica - pretty much the students are treated as college students in BS Nursing and the advanced Medicine studies.
Ambulance - im pretty sure they work in tandem with Medica students, but the students here know how to give medical treatment on the field.
SSR - students studying the supernatural and employing them if need be
CVR - take an Assault student and an Inquesta one, merge them together... voila!
Masters - pretty much the graduates who return to teach you all you need to know
