That's a point where you reached an intermission. You have the option to (from top to bottom):
1. Read unread TIPS
2. Show all TIPS collected so far
3. SAVE/LOAD
4. Continue on
Choosing a TIPS isn't like choosing a selection that alters the story in anyway. The TIPS are exactly as written on the sticky on
this thread.
