I don't know. True, it's a rather impressive first attempt at building an Object from an independent nation and could likely be a formidable foe against conventional weapons like tanks and aircraft. However, there's some details the anime skipped that make clear how inferior it is to a proper Object like the Baby Magnum, so it isn't that effective as a weapon as it may seem. Still, I agree that as a weapon it's between normal military vehicles and the Baby Magnum. If Oceania wasn't in the middle of being invaded maybe they could have perfected the design to reach the level of a first generation Object.

If you watched the series you probably remember that the Generation 0.5 used an electrical booster to start its reactor faster. However, the pilot of the Information Alliance Object that was deployed along the 37th mentioned that Object's reactors are more efficient if left turned on isntead of switching them on and off again.

Why does the Generation 0.5 not let its reactor on, besides the obvious "would be quickly detected by the coalition's satellites" part? Simple, its not at the level of quality of a proper Object reactor, so if it's on for too long it could fuse the Object's insides. Additionally, the coilgun it uses as a main cannon will melt the cannon if it shoots for long periods of time. It also lacks advanced sensors present in normal Objects (that's why it failed to detect Quenser and Heivia like that), only using visual cameras located on its guns. To complete the series of deficiencies its armor is worse than the armor used by the coalition's Objects, so a nuclear warhead might be enough to defeat it.

All of this makes it inferior to the first Object ever built, the one we saw in episode 1's introductory exposition. Modern Objects would stomp that Object in a few minutes.
