I know only DOMO comes close to that notion when you bump all settings to the maximum. Namely that style where the characters have lots of hair, are in the age range of 14-16, can only see the nose in a side view, can use anime like facial expressions etc.
Every other game's attempt seems to be just particularly childish as far as graphics go or have them like some masks the characters wear.
Among what I'm thinking some of the ones you've mentioned.

You should define what anime like graphics are, as far as you're concern.
Being a little less concern with the pure anime like look I'd say Prius has anime graphics too.
