Nothing I've seen. She's athletic, but her specialty is throwing things. That's why her weapon is a boomerang. I can buy that she's in good enough shape to successfully run away during the chase scene, but the actual fight... no. It seems that Akane gained those abilities entirely through plot-contirvance, because that was the only way to get Wakaba's respect and the writers were too lazy to come up with something better than "well, then Akane can totally be an expert at that, despite it never having been mentioned before."
In other news, Wakaba's transformation used different theme music than Akane and Aoi's (which both used the same theme). I wonder if that's significant in any way.
