If it is clean water, not much will happen, 220/110V + clean water = danger overrated (especially if the pool is not grounded - and I doubt someone grounds a plastic pool).

I've been measuring 250kOhm in clean drinking water (distance 10mm). So based on the idea one was grounded:
R=U/I => I=U/R ... I = 240V (lets take high Euro) / 250,000 = 0.96 mA (~1mA) for a distance of 10mm
At 10mm one would have to withstand a power of 0.23W (typically 50mA is needed at least to kill)
