The anime implies she leaves after the conversation in the room (returns to her wheat) but yeah, in all 3 versions they do share a blanket and warmth right off the start. Horo is quite comfortable with this (after all, wolves sleep in a big huddle) but I don't know about "Lucky Lawrence"
He wants to be proper, doesn't know if he should get tangled up with a minor goddess, and spends a lot of his energy pretending their relationship is purely business
