Can you tell me where it's said that Mihawk is as strong as Shanks (and by the way I don't think the fact that Shanks has now one arm make him much weaker than before) ? Anyway it's not really a problem here. Jozu is a diamond df user so in the end it's clealry the kind of ennemy that's dangerous for Mihawk.
