It's an official manga. Same manga-ka; same style, same leniency to drawing nekkid female flesh at every turn...
I'd kill for the shots of Kruger, though everyone else, bleh.
Just think of it as the customary 'onsen' eppy that every anime show seems to have an equivilant of.
