If its nee-nee, it might be fine to translate it as sissy (sis + sis)... but for nii-ni... maybe its brobo.. or broro...?
Well its possible to translate the rough meaning of the word, but not the pampering feeling / cuteness in it... there's just no English word that can translate nii-ni perfectly.
