Curious though about that capture 3 targets part. Maybe if they are after the Project F connection they could be after Erio and Fate. If we're not going out there assuming Type 0 is talking about Subaru (or her mothers device?) she could be another target for capture as well. Throw in the possible capture attempt on Vivio (hope you haven't gotten complacent being tossed to the side Zafira) we could have a wild episode coming.

We already know which of the 4 they don't want. During episode 5, the scene where Spaghetti is speaking about the kids data, and refering to them as "items of great interest for my research", the pictures he's looking at during that quote are Subaru, Caro & Nanoha. Then he switches to video of Fate and Erio and starts ranting about "the remnants of Project F". That means, he's specifically indicated he wants to research on everyone EXCEPT TIA.
