New anime announcement:
Telepathy Shoujo Ran
The original--
Telepathy Shoujo Ran Jiken Notes by Asano Atsuko--is a series of children's books published under the AoiTori Bunko label. Not that surprising since the
26-episode anime is going to air on
NHK Kyouiku TV. Anyway, the books have eventually spawned a shounen manga series in Shounen Sirius, and also a drama CD that was
released back in March. The anime is set to air in
Spring 2008.
Telepathy Shoujo Ran is a story of personal growth and friendship. Isozaki Ran is an energetic junior highschool student possessing ESP, but she doesn't notice it until she meets Naha Midori. Strange events start happening after she learns of her new powers, so she decides to investigate them together with Midori and her childhood friend Ayase Roi.
