The ears don't move by themselves, but it does look, according to Amazon Japan's page, to talk. Its eyes flash, and it can roll side to side when it's on its stand. Amazon also mentions something about "its personality changes while playing", but I have no idea what that means.
You can still find either Haro 1, Haro 2, or the "Gundam Seed" version on auction, BTW, but most are probably going to be used. You'll probably pay about 5000+ yen depending on quality, I would guess.
