So basically, just about all the seiyuus return including the director, the animation team and the writer himself who did all three seasons.
You can't get any more loyal to the original source material than this. Compare this to the insane overhaul Gunslinger Girls Teatrino has gotten with just about everyone being swapped out.
Not only is this news awesome, but it's incredible that just about everyone in the old cast and production is making a comeback. Including the staff that worked on it. This just sounds so ridiculous to me, I'm still in a bit of a daze right now.
