Actually think more about what you wish your Charadoll/partner looks like, cause it's based on where you choose to live. I have already seen lots of people on Clannad Island altered their Charadoll to look like a Nagisa clone lol
Also you can go to any of the Island, the only restriction is that you can't take your Charadoll to the other two other Islands that are not your home.
