Well the red eyed Tsukune in the ending can signify that he(Vamp mode) could be in the anime. Since he's in full control. Also in the first season hinted that when Gin-werewolf, Neko-sensei as we see in the latest ep, Kou looking vicious and Tsukune with a different aura in the end theme.

Though here in this latest episode will either give us 2 things. A different ending or

I guess we need another season to see the mysterious 2 eleder sisters shown in Capu2.

Though here in this latest episode will either give us 2 things. A different ending or Spoiler: the inner and outer Moka separated again and one will sacrifice the rosario seal which would return Youkai academy back to normal, meaning one Moka would disappear since the limiter is somewhat of a link to the vamps anime and manga. Seeing Outer Moka is not in the end theme might suggest that Outer Moka would make that sacrifice or maybe Iam wrong...It's all speculation from this point. something like that...
