I'll bite... why 18? That age is not connected with any legal definition of maturity in Japan (or in most of the US, Canada, or the UK as far as age-of-consent for that matter ....)
"loli" -- most definitions tag that term as being related to being "less than 12yrs old" in terms of anime....
But we're talking about watching a series, not taking them out on a date..... Grape-chan in Akikan! would be an example of "loli", or Nanoha when she first starts out at age 9.
