I'm not sure if it's the most convenient way, but anyway:

- For MKV files, use "MKVExtractGUI" (google it)

- For non-MKV files (AVI, MP4 etc), use "MKVMerge"* to convert to MKV first, then use tool above

*) This is part of "mkvtoolnix" (google it), which you may need for MKVExtractGUI too. MKVMerge is "mmg.exe"
