Yea, actually he was only limited to 20% at the time...and to think a near to death Hitsugaya against a pretty much undamaged Shawlong - once Hits was able to tap into more power...Shawlong estimated he had absolutely no longer an opening or chance to push Hits over that final line of defeat/death.
