That scene didn't happen exactly like that. You see in the manga cut frames of Kishsimoto having sex. They don't show who's body is having sex with her, but then you see Kei finish his fantasy, so you assume it was him. So, no they never had intercourse. Did anyone notice that they showed some of what happend to Kishimoto during the time she got kicked out by Kei and the reunion with the Gantzers? I always wondered what happend to her. Knowning the feel of the series I thought it was going to be something messed up like her selling her body for money.
