Ami's "boy friend" is the Producer (ie the player). Think back to PV1 when Ami asked the Producer to be hers only for the day and keep it a secret from Mami.

Takane wasn't doing any special indecent favours either, she merely made a bet with the company president and put herself on the line. If the Producer loses and enters the bad ending route, Takane marries the president in the end in exchange for help for "her people" (Takane had been hinted to be a princess of either some exotic country or even alien planet which needs help since SP), but of course if the player wins no such thing happens.

What!? That's the last time i will trust anything from 2ch. So much for Ami having a boyfriend......
