While putting him in the girls dormitory is an interesting idea, and having him dress up as a girl has some good fun potential, holing him up with a female teacher is a *bad* idea.
Male student x female teacher has never brought forth anything good. Last thing I can remember, Onegai teacher, was pretty lame.
It's a shame for the nice "girl's dormitory" bit, which has some good ecchi potential, but the female teacher bit may very well spoil the entire thing.
