Hakuryuu confessed to Morgiana, but that's because he wants to part ways from Alladin and Alibaba, and he wants Morgiana to leave with him. Right now Hakuryuu's heart is full of anger due to a trauma from his past and what he did in recent chapters. I don't think Morgiana will go with him, even if she liked him (and I don't think she does). Hakuryuu is most likely being set up to become an antagonist akin to Cassim IMO, not someone really evil but easily manipulated by the darkside due to their anger. But we'll see what happens.
