cuz Akeno + Kiba will be promoted along with Ise and be included as Kings.
Akeno also wont ditch Rias like that in reality.
The queen is the most faithful out of all.
I have a heavy feeling its going to be either Opfus, or Ravel will get a upgrade to Queen.
Seeing how she is Ise's Offical Manager, and she was compared to Grafia at times in how she needs to handle business.
