@Soji no, she has never once said she won't mind becoming a fallen, the confusion was when Ise accidentally groped her on the trip, and she became flustered because of her situation (guy she likes is touching her, she can't fall in love with him) and she asked Ise "Do you want me to become a fallen angel?" i think this was meant to kind of tell him off, though because of conflicting feelings at the time, it made it sound like she was okay with it, every time something happens between Ise and Irina that involves romance, Irina has to stop both Ise and herself and usher a prayer to try and cleanse herself because she doesn't want to become a fallen.
